We are looking for a couple of Housekeeping Supervisors to join our client’s team in Cambridge. This role is a Part-Time, permanent position working 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday, this role offers a pro-rata salary of £29,000.

Main Duties:

  • Organise and supervise a team of Housekeepers ensuring high cleaning standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback to staff, addressing performance issues in liaison with the Housekeeper.
  • Induct and train new staff on cleaning procedures, health & safety, and company regulations.
  • Manage staff absences and arrange cover as needed, providing hands-on cleaning support when necessary.
  • Report maintenance issues, untidy rooms or damage.

Successful Candidate:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or a similar environment.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning practices and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly, independently, and as part of a team, using own initiative.
  • Proficient in basic IT skills and able to maintain confidentiality.
