Block Manager- Cambridge- Mon- Fri- £30,000- £40,000 DOEJob Title: Block ManagerSalary: £30,000- £40,000Working Hours: Monday -Friday 08:30am- 17:00pm.My client, a family-owned independent business covering London and the Northern Home Counties that have grown to have several branches are looking for a Block Manager to join the team in Cambridge. You will joining an already established but growing team as it continues to grow due to an increase in the number of Blocks they will be managing. They will consider someone wanting to move into a Block Management role or someone that already has the experience but wants more autonomy.Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Full or assisted management of assigned portfolio depending on experience
  • Managing planned maintenance
  • Regular property visits
  • Chairing AGMs
  • Service Charge Budgets
  • Overseeing compliance with safety regulations

Must have :

  • Property or Block management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • A keen problem solver
  • Client facing
  • Strong administration and excellent IT skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
  • Positive and encouraging attitude

Good to have but not essential:

  • IRPM (TPI) and / or ARMA qualified. My client will help train and fund these qualifications for you
