Your Mission:

As the HR Manager (Generalist), you’ll be the driving force behind the success of this already well respected organiation. You’ll be at the centre of every stage of the employee journey, from onboarding top talent to shaping strategies that empower their great team of AI trailblazers.

This HR Manager position is a standalone position so the successful candidate will get involved in a broad variety of duties that's typically involved of working within a start up / scale up organisation. Therefore you will need to be flexible in your approach to the work that comes your way i.e. one minute you may be involved in an exciting HR Project, the next minute you may be jumping on reception to cover a colleagues absence so having a great attitude of being flexible to where and what's needed to ensure the office runs fluidly is super important to this position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, inspiring development, and world-class HR practices.
  • Guide senior leaders and team members on policies, performance, and best practices, empowering everyone to succeed.
  • Foster positive workplace relationships and swiftly resolve challenges, creating a culture of connection and progress.
  • Lead with precision and purpose, managing HR systems and records with accuracy and speed.
  • Support transformative projects and initiatives that align with company values of innovation and excellence.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, providing guidance on a variety of HR topics
  • Work with the Head Office HR Business Partner to support operational activity
  • Support managers to develop knowledge and good performance management practice
  • Keep up to date with maintaining an good awareness of current HR legislation and employment law
