- You will be an experienced HR professional who enjoys all aspects of HR, giving advice and guidance to employees covering a range of HR matters.
- Working closely with your people team, you will support on benefits and pay administration
- Being first point of contact for the HR inbox and employee queries
- Leading on HR process improvement
- Coordinating and leading on HR projects
- Managing the HRIS information and HR data reporting
- You will be a self-starter who enjoys manage multiple HR projects
- Currently operating at HR Advisor / Manager level
- Enjoys rolling up your sleeves and picking up the administration
- Excellent data reporting skills using the HRIS
- Proficient in MS office including word, excel and powerpoint
- Up to date employment law knowledge
