Are you an experienced HR Manager looking to join a scaling technology business based on the outskirts of Cambridge? This is a unique opportunity to play a key HR role in developing the people experience of a cutting edge business who are making a real difference in the world. Salary up to £65k 4 or 5 days a week, offering hybrid working at least 3 days a week on-site. The role: Reporting to the CEO, this role requires experience at HR Manager level, in a stand alone role. You will executing and improving HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience from on-boarding to employee engagement. You will play a key role in maintaining and refining HR processes that support business growth and develop the culture. The role includes – developing and implementing the HR strategies, owning the daily HR operations, managing end to end on-boarding to off boarding, providing guidance on employee relations, identifying L&D initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant HR laws and owning the performance management process and employee engagement initiatives. This is a pivotal al time to join the business to support their growth into the next phase of their journey.About you?
