Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Manager
Salary: £55,000 p/a
Location: Cambridgeshire (1/2 days a week in office)

JGA are partnered with a growing professional services firm seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have experience managing payrolls of 1000+, bonus scheme experience and exposure to Benefits & Reward.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading end-to-end payroll process.
  • Ensuring documentation.
  • Ownership of payroll software, making necessary changes and improvements.
  • Managing Pension scheme.
  • Coordinating annual compensation review process.
  • Working on M&A integration actions.
  • Staying up to date with payroll legislation.
