Employability Trainer / Tutor
We are working with a leading education provider that is recruiting an Employability Trainer to support students. You will be coordinating employability programmes for students providing recruitment, academic and pastoral support with the goal of each student reaching their full potential.
On a day-to-day basis you will be involved with:
- Coordinating employability skills programmes
- Managing a caseload of students
- Providing recruitment and selection skills support
- Completing student assessments
- Working closely with other student services colleagues
- Creating opportunities for employer engagement
This role is based in central Cambridge but you will be required to travel to other locations and therefore will need your own vehicle and be willing to travel as required.
To be successful in this role you will need to have worked in a similar employability based role in the past and have a PTLLS or AET qualification along with at least Grade C or above English and Maths at GCSE level.
This permanent role offers a salary of £26,800 – 34,600 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, together with an excellent benefits package that includes 27 days holiday per annum. If this role is of interest please email us your CV ASAP.
