Are you an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys variety and a hands on approach to their work? As you could be involved in ER, Payroll and Recruitment as well as other interesting projects, this really is a great opportunity to further develop your HR experience. The role is offered on an initial 2 year fixed term contract basis, with the possibility for further opportunities. You will join a small but sociable team, within a very successful and well established business. Working patterns are 37.5 hours a week with core hours of 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday, hybrid working with a 3 day in the office and 2 days WFH possible. Your role will involve;* Provide confidential and professional advice and administration for all HR issues* Provide an efficient start to finish recruitment service, including on-boarding new employees, relocation and visa assistance where required* Lead recruitment activities across the company* Maintain information on all HR systems to ensure that these are accurate and up to date* Maintain the HR section of the intranet ensuring the effective communication of information to employees* Administration of performance appraisals and employee learning and development activity * Ensure payroll data is provided to the Head of HR both accurately and on timePlease contact me for a full job description and details and a discussion on why this is the next exciting role for you|!
