Working in a small HR team, this role is perfect for someone who has a keen interest in HR along with solid administrative/co-ordination experience, to really kick start or expand on their HR career.

You'll be proactive in providing effective and accurate administration, be first point of contact for routine employee enquiries and ensuring compliance with systems and HR procedures.

This is a great opportunity where you'll be responsible for:

  • Recruitment administration including the preparing adverts, posting job vacancies and arranging interviews.
  • Complete right to work administration.
  • Responsible for drafting of offer letters, contracts and new starter packs.
  • Managing the HR inbox prioritising accordingly.
  • Administration around family friendly leave.
  • Coordinate the leaver exit process.
  • Maintaining and updating the HR system including pay records.
  • Benefits administration.
  • Booking and organising in-house and external training courses.

Ideally you'll have - or be working towards - CIPD Level 3 however this isn't essential.

You will need to have solid administration experience and strong IT skills (any HR systems experience would be great).

Prioritising, accuracy and attention to detail are important along with being calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities.
