- Provide first-line support for IT and audio-visual technologies.
- Service Desk: Efficiently managing support calls, escalating when required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues as part of second and third-line support.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of servers, applications, and network equipment.
- Lead technical projects, from identifying needs to full implementation.
- Ensure security through regular updates, security scans, and managing backup operations.
- Work closely with the IT Operations Manager on packaging and delivering applications.
- Maintain the IT asset database and manage licensing compliance.
- Maintain user accounts and assist with Starter and Leaver processes.
- Demonstrable experience working within a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to configure and maintain network equipment and servers.
- Experience managing technical projects from start to finish.
- Proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
