GIS Technical Support Engineer
Fully Remote or Cambridge hybrid (1-2 days a week in office):

  • Open to various grades of experience
  • Must be prepared to work 2 weekends a month (Saturday and Sunday) There is flexibility over how the shifts will work.
  • Proven experience in a customer focused software product technical support role
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL)
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (SQL, Bash, JavaScript, Python)
  • Excellent oral and written skills for working in a global delivery environment
  • Geospatial mapping software / GIS product knowledge highly advantageous

Role:        GIS Technical Support Engineer
