The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in HP Aruba and Cisco technologies, bringing a wealth of experience in general IT/Infrastructure support as well as managing network infrastructures. Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex network solutions, focusing on HP Aruba and Cisco technologies.
Maintain and troubleshoot network hardware and software, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Lead network infrastructure projects, from planning and design to deployment and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network integration with other IT systems and applications.
Monitor and analyse network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices to ensure our infrastructure remains cutting-edge.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in a Senior IT Engineering role with a focus on networking.
Expertise in HP Aruba and Cisco networking technologies, including switches, routers, wireless controllers, and firewalls.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory & Office 365
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
