Your Role:
* Lead a small team to success in an agile or scrum environment
* Hands-on experience in full-stack development using C# and ASP.NET
* Strong knowledge of CI/CD and building architecture
* Involved in the full software development cycle, including testing and automating tasks
* Familiarity with compliance-related matters and frameworks is a plus
* Showcase examples of leading and mentoring junior team members
* Strategize and design roadmaps for efficient project delivery
Your Profile:
* Previous experience as a Software Development Manager
* Ability to adapt your leadership approach to different personalities and learning styles
* Passion for running and managing a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to undergo background checks
