About the Client and Role

Our Financial Services client is working to offer market leading, cloud-based software built with leading-edge thinking and technology. They are accelerating their drive to provide our loan origination, optimisation, and collections technology to a wider audience. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of technical projects to ensure they deliver to time, cost and quality, and that risk is appropriately identified and managed. 

Essential Requirements

  • Develop, establish, plan, coordinate and manage multiple projects streams to time, budget and high quality to enable a successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans (MSP) alongside agile planning tools and be able to manage a hybrid delivery approach, where required.
  • Work with the business units, business analysts, and developers to document requirements and manage deliveries through the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
  • Work with the Head of Development in providing accurate estimates for new delivery requests and prioritise/schedule according to resource availability.
  • Produce all relevant documentation including, but not limited to, PIDs, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, Implementation Plans, Meeting Minutes and Status Reports.
  • Engage, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant colleagues and key stakeholders, both internal and external.
