Quality Systems Administrator

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Systems Administrator to join a dynamic team focused on maintaining high-quality standards in the food ingredient manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing quality systems, controlling documents, and supporting audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the company's Integrated Management System, including document control, conducting traceability tests, and performing internal audits
  • Create, update, and maintain product packing specifications, including new product setup, outer case label creation, and artwork approval
  • Manage the approved supplier system, ensuring all required information is present, correct, and up to date.
  • Control and maintain the raw material/packaging system
  • Support audits and customer visits
  • Assist with non-conformance/complaint investigation's
  • Support the factory QC team as needed
  • Gather production paperwork and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Review and log microbiological results
  • Create certificates of analysis and conformity as per customer requests
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to meet business needs

Key Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to plan, control, and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel

Qualifications:
