A tight-knit MSP based in Cambridge are actively looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing team. Work is local to Cambridge, consisting of onsite IT Support for their customers 2-3 times per week.

Key skills required:

  • 1+ years IT experience, preferably within IT Managed Services or Education
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows Desktop OS.
  • Strong understanding of PC, laptop, and printer hardware
  • Active Directory/Azure AD
  • Office 365 troubleshooting
  • Basic networking knowledge - VPN troubleshooting
  • Full UK Drivers licence and access to vehicle

As a business, they are a growing MSP offering a full range of IT Services to their SME client base, as well as onsite support to the Education industry. An Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to starting this role.
