We are delighted to be working with this well renowned Cambridge based organisation. They are recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining the IT systems
  • Providing 2nd line support for more complex issues
  • Identifying the need for and implementing system upgrades
  • Undertake and be involved in IT project work
  • Liaising with outsourced IT providers when required
  • Building, installing, and supporting windows servers

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in similar role
  • Proficient in Windows Server, PowerShell, AWS/Azure, SharePoint and Networking
  • Experience with installation/configuration of networks
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
