We are delighted to be working with this well renowned Cambridge based organisation. They are recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining the IT systems
- Providing 2nd line support for more complex issues
- Identifying the need for and implementing system upgrades
- Undertake and be involved in IT project work
- Liaising with outsourced IT providers when required
- Building, installing, and supporting windows servers
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in similar role
- Proficient in Windows Server, PowerShell, AWS/Azure, SharePoint and Networking
- Experience with installation/configuration of networks
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
