2nd Line Technician - IT Talent

Role Responsibilities:- Setting up and supporting small and medium-sized business networks, both remotely and on-site
- Installing and maintaining computer systems and hardware
- Managing Office 365 installations, migrations, and support
- Setting up and managing email accounts, DNS, and customer applications
- Providing technical support for Microsoft Exchange and IP phone systems
- Taking on technical lead responsibilities and helping shape clients' long-term IT strategies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with installing and configuring routers, firewalls, and VPNs
- Proficient in Acronis backup setups and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of network switches and server alerts
- Active Directory and Azure AD implementation
- Experience with Office 365 migration and SharePoint deployment
- Understanding of public Wi-Fi, NAS drives, UPS, and Microsoft Intune
- Familiarity with monitoring alerts and IT project completion
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting business networks
- Experience working in an outsourced IT or MSP environment
- Full UK driving licence
