IT Support Technician
Cambridge (onsite 5 days)
£28k-£32k
We've partnered with a leading Cambridge based Pharma company as they look to bring more of their IT in house. In this role you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line IT Support to internal employees across 2 offices. Working closely with the Senior Systems Administrator and Head of IT, this is a role you can increase your skillset massively, gain exposure to new technologies and also support with various project work that is taking place.

The role:
- Provide internal 1st and 2nd line IT Support
- Support with various upcoming projects (Office 365, hardware upgrades, Windows 11 migration ect)
- Desktop support
- Manage the starter/leaver process
- AV Support
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years IT support experience (MSP or internal)
- Active Directory and Office 365 experience
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Full right to work and remain in the UK without any restrictions
- Happy working onsite in Cambridge 5 days a week
