Interaction Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Epos systems trainer for our client based in Cambridge.

We are searching for a trainer to work as part of our training team, based at our Cambridge office. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the Hospitality industry, who is passionate about delighting customers, and who will become a valued member of our diverse and growing team.

The successful applicant will plan, design, and deliver end-user training on the company suite of hospitality software. You will be given full product training and industry-recognised qualifications in training design and delivery, but to be successful, you will need to draw on your previous industry experience. Training is delivered at customer premises, at the companies training facility (just outside Cambridge), remotely, and through our e-learning platform.

Essential Experience:

· Experience/understanding of the hospitality industry is essential, preferably having held a supervisory role.

Ideal Candidate Skills and Experience:

· A general understanding of point-of-sale and booking systems is desirable.

· Full UK driving license with the ability to travel to sites around the UK.

· Approachable and able to build rapport with contacts at all levels of customer organisations.

· Confident in talking to small groups of people or on a one-to-one basis.

· Good basic understanding of MS Office, Internet, and email.

· Familiarity with e-learning platforms, creating online training materials, and implementing digital learning strategies would be a bonus but isn't essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, design, and deliver training sessions on company software.

· Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive e-learning modules to complement in-person and remote training sessions.

· Utilise digital tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences and accessibility for users.

· Continuously assess and improve e-learning content based on user feedback and technological advancements.

· Provide ongoing support and guidance to users through various training mediums, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

About the Package:

· Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

· 25 days paid holiday, plus Bank Holidays.
