We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based tech company. They are recruiting for a Software Integration Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing support to integration partners
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to diagnose issues
- Escalating issues that will impact clients
- Assisting other internal teams to resolve tickets
- Updating documentation, when necessary
- Providing training sessions
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in similar role
- Knowledge of XML, RESTful and SOAP APIs
- Experience with JIRA ticket management system
- A "can do" attitude
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
