Job Description:

Recruit UK is recruiting for an administrator to join a thriving wealth management firm based in Cambridge.

This firm is well-established and award-winning, they鈥檙e recognised within the Wealth Management profession, and have a reputation as a great employer that always puts their employee's successes and development needs first.

Our client is looking for someone that is ambitious, has accuracy and has strong communication and organisation skills. In return they will give you full training and a supportive working environment.

Duties will include:

路 Manage client portfolio records

路 File documentation

路 Liaise with Investment Managers

路 Communicate with data providers to ensure accuracy on feeds

路 Verify and adjust stock records

路 Process corporate events in timely manner

路 Capital gains tax calculations

路 Maintain clients performance records

路 Ensure ISA eligibility

路 Ensure relevant training is completed to develop knowledge and skill

路 Arrange probate valuations for the IMs

Skills and experience required:
