This position presents an excellent opportunity for Newly Qualified and/or soon to be qualified lawyers alike to join a fast growing area of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Newly Qualified with an interest in corporate law including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
- Assisting with Corporate restructuring
- Assist with Conducting due diligence on other side
- Drafting suite of ancillary documents
- Preparing disclosures
