This position presents an excellent opportunity for Newly Qualified and/or soon to be qualified lawyers alike to join a fast growing area of the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Newly Qualified with an interest in corporate law including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Assisting with Corporate restructuring
  • Assist with Conducting due diligence on other side
  • Drafting suite of ancillary documents
  • Preparing disclosures
