My Client who are a Leading Law firm are looking for an Associate to join their vibrant Employment team in Cambridge. This role offers flexibility, allowing for both part-time and full-time working arrangements.Role Overview:As an Associate, you will work closely with two experienced Partners, managing a diverse and engaging caseload for both employers and employees. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling restrictive covenant disputes
Addressing confidential information disputes
Managing Employment Tribunal litigation
Providing day-to-day workplace advice to employers
Advising on and drafting settlement agreements
Offering corporate support
Drafting employment contracts and Employee Handbooks
Navigating Data Protection issues in the workplace

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert advice on a wide range of employment issues.
Stay informed about the latest developments in employment law and share knowledge with the team.
Foster opportunities for cross-referral of work within the firm.
Participate in business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:My client are seeking a candidate with:

3-6 years PQE in Employment Law
A strong foundation in employment law
Collaborative skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
Excellent technical and drafting abilities
Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness
A proactive, ambitious, and organized mindset with attention to detail
