An award-winning UK law firm is seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join their Cambridge office. About the Role:You'll advise a diverse client base, including leading businesses, public sector organisations, and high-profile institutions, on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Areas include:
- Drafting contracts, policies, and service agreements.
- Advising on TUPE, redundancies, restructuring, and tribunal litigation.
- Handling discrimination claims, boardroom disputes, and trade union matters.
- Corporate transactional support and business development activities.

What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years PQE, with strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset.
- Experience in handling a wide range of employment law matters.
- Proactive, client-focused, and passionate about business development.
