An award-winning UK law firm is seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join their Cambridge office. About the Role:You'll advise a diverse client base, including leading businesses, public sector organisations, and high-profile institutions, on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Areas include:

  • Drafting contracts, policies, and service agreements.
  • Advising on TUPE, redundancies, restructuring, and tribunal litigation.
  • Handling discrimination claims, boardroom disputes, and trade union matters.
  • Corporate transactional support and business development activities.
