Position: Family Associate Solicitor
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Cambridge (hybrid working)
Salary indications: 70,000 - 85,000 per annum
Our client a top ranked Legal 500 practice based in Cambridge, who are actively seeking to recruit a Family Solicitor with a minimum of four years PQE to join our client's established department. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in various family law matters.
Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of family law matters, including matrimonial, cohabitation agreements, ancillary relief, post-nuptial agreements, and pre-nuptial agreements.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are upheld.
- Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations, advocating for their rights and desired outcomes.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Draught legal documents, including agreements, petitions, and court applications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and confidentiality requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- UK qualified Solicitor with a mimum of 4 years PQE with expertise in family law.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of family law legislation and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and provide high-quality, client-focused service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- The annual salary for this position ranges from 70,000 to 85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
