Our top ranked Legal 500 client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor between to join their highly esteemed law firm. Our client, a reputable and well-established legal practise, is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services to their diverse range of private clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Solicitor to join a progressive organisation that values employee satisfaction and offers a range of exciting perks.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and trusts.
  • Assisting with the preparation and drafting of wills and trust deeds.
  • Dealing with probate matters, including the administration of estates.
  • Providing expert legal advice on private client matters to a loyal client base.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in private client law.
  • Solid understanding of wills, probate, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice and services.
