JOB TITLE: Residential Development SolicitorPQE: 5+ PQELOCATION: CambridgeSALARY: £Dependent on experienceTHE ROLE:Due to growth, this leading regional law firm have identified the need to appoint an experienced Residential Development Solicitor, Ideally Senior Associate level to provide advice across the broad remit of residential development matters. The role will include advising on all aspects of development work and working with a team with a strong reputation for the services they provide within this sector. The team acts for a variety of clients and advises on development agreements, joint venture agreements, promotion agreements, affordable housing and conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals agreements. THE CANDIDATE:The appointed Residential Development Lawyer will have at least 5 years PQE in handling their own caseload of residential development matters. Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a proven track record of dealing with residential development matters. You will have experience of running your own caseload of matters and be able to draft and negotiate conditional and unconditional contracts, development agreements, options and promotion agreements, transfers, exclusivity agreements, overage and pre-emption agreements. More experienced Development Lawyers are encouraged to apply as there is plenty of scope.
