We are recruiting now for our client for a conveyancer within our growing, vibrant residential property team. Ideally you will have some post-qualification experience, dealing with a range of property transactions. However, it is more important that you will be committed to building up a full and varied caseload.
You need to be highly organised with excellent IT, case management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
New build
Freehold and leasehold matters
Development transactions
Streamlining processes
Liaising with other professionals involved in property transactions
Staff training and development
Participation in business development and marketing
The Candidate
A Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years experience
Technically proficient in all aspects of residential property
Possesses sound knowledge of referral arrangements
IT literate and willing to embrace new developments
Be pro-active, personable and professional
Has an aptitude for business development and marketing
