Oculus Legal Group is currently partnering with a reputable Top 200 law firm based in Cambridge looking for a Residential Property Solicitor. About the Role:This role is suitable for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from sales and purchases to transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and lease extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including complex cases.
  • Advising on freehold and leasehold purchases, sales, and lease extensions.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, title deeds, and Land Registry documents.
  • Providing exceptional client care and developing strong client relationships.

Candidate:

  • At least 4 years of PQE in residential property law.
  • Excellent client care skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, supportive environment.
