My Client a leading food manufacturing company are looking for a talented CI Manager/CI Co-ordinator to join their ever growing team. This is an exciting time to join this company as there has been a massive push on lean manufacturing and improving efficiencies with bigger plans in place for 2025.
You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing CI projects and ensuring that they run efficiently. This will be a hands on role that requires great communication skills as you will be working at all levels within the company.
This role would appeal to you if you have previous experience as a CI Lead or if you are a Production Manager with great experience implementing Continuous Improvement projects and you want to move into a new role with a company offering state of the art equipment and progression opportunities.
Excellent problem solving and change management skills would be required to excel in this position along with great tenacity and the passion to make things happen.
If you have Lean Manufacturing qualification such as a Six Sigma belt this would be a massive advantage but not an essential requirement.
