We are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation in Central Cambridge who are looking for a Professional Development Project Manager to join their team, on a full time basis, although other working hours will be considered. This is a permanent role with hybrid working.

Main duties will include:

  • Design, develop and deliver projects and programmes
  • Conduct research for ongoing projects
  • External stakeholder management
  • Assist with bid writing
  • Work closely with freelance researchers
  • Monitor and report on the progress of programmes through data analysis
  • Attending training events and meetings when required to provide on-site support

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ideally experience working within higher education
  • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills, including: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Confident in using Zoom/ Teams and other video conferencing platforms
  • Ability and willingness to travel in the UK and internationally when needed
