  • Develop, implement, and manage change management strategies to support transformation program.
  • Create comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and potential impacts.
  • Identifying potential risks and devising risk mitigation strategies to avoid delays and setbacks during project delivery
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, resolving issues and initiating corrective action and provide regular updates to project and business stakeholders.
  • Maintaining detailed project documentation, including reports, status updates, Project Initiation Document, plans and risk register.

Must have experience:

  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals and embrace change.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify problems, and devise effective solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to articulate change vision and progress, foster strong relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders across the organisation including senior leadership and cross functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving capabilities to overcome obstacles and drive project success.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
