  • Convert planned orders into production orders and manage shortages, collaborating with purchasing teams to resolve issues.
  • Enter site commit dates and review pick lists for discrepancies, ensuring all stock and BOM issues are addressed promptly.
  • Monitor the shortage report and production order variances, taking proactive steps to overcome challenges.
  • Handle production and customer service enquiries to support operations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist with material transactions and stocktakes, ensuring accuracy across all processes.
To succeed in the role of production planner, you’ll need:
  • Prior planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Competence with MRP systems (SAP is desirable but not essential).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
As the production planner you will receive:
