- Convert planned orders into production orders and manage shortages, collaborating with purchasing teams to resolve issues.
- Enter site commit dates and review pick lists for discrepancies, ensuring all stock and BOM issues are addressed promptly.
- Monitor the shortage report and production order variances, taking proactive steps to overcome challenges.
- Handle production and customer service enquiries to support operations and deliver exceptional service.
- Assist with material transactions and stocktakes, ensuring accuracy across all processes.
- Prior planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Competence with MRP systems (SAP is desirable but not essential).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail.
