Our client a highly successful law firm prides themselves on delivering exceptional legal services are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to our commercial property solicitors.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle client inquiries and maintain client relationships.
  • Assist with the preparation of property transaction documents.
  • Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial property law.
  • Manage filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in commercial property.
