As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload and play a key role in supporting clients through all aspects of the conveyancing process. Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaising proactively with third parties to ensure smooth transaction progress.
- Managing cases to completion efficiently while maintaining service standards and meeting client expectations.
- Providing technical expertise and support to colleagues, including advice on probate sales and assents.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding client interests at all times.
- Building strong working relationships with clients, external providers, and professional networks.
- Delivering a comprehensive legal service tailored to client needs.
- Expertise in complex legal matters, such as probate sales, shared ownership, new builds, and lease extensions.
- Proficient in resolving technical issues and title defects.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with MS Office and case management systems (CMS).
- Exceptional time management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to use management information (MI) to drive results.
