Supporting the Transport Department

Assisting the management of the groups fleet, whilst implementing effective customer service

Supporting the Operations departments in the achievement of individual and organisational goals and objectives

Creating a stronger link between the Planning and Operations Department

What you’ll be doing

Liaising with both customers and the warehouse depot to ensure all targets and deliveries are met

Ensuring that the scheduling of work is accurate and up to date on the in house system

Maximising the efficiency and profitability of the group's fleet
-
Keeping systems updated with accurate and reliable data inputting
-
Completing office administration
-
Dealing with daily operational problems
-
Monitoring Network KPI's
-
Consistently communicating between the office and the Drivers
