About the Role

  • Supporting the Transport Department

  • Assisting the management of the groups fleet, whilst implementing effective customer service

  • Supporting the Operations departments in the achievement of individual and organisational goals and objectives

  • Creating a stronger link between the Planning and Operations Department

What you’ll be doing

  • Liaising with both customers and the warehouse depot to ensure all targets and deliveries are met

  • Ensuring that the scheduling of work is accurate and up to date on the in house system

  • Maximising the efficiency and profitability of the group's fleet

  • Keeping systems updated with accurate and reliable data inputting

  • Completing office administration

  • Dealing with daily operational problems

  • Monitoring Network KPI's

  • Consistently communicating between the office and the Drivers
