** NEW VACANCY: MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER **
Resourcing Group are currently working with an established FM provider who are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work covering maintenance in commercial buildings.
Job Details:
- Salary: 40,000 per annum
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Locations covered: Luton, Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire
- Contract: Permanent, full-time role
- Sector: Commercial properties, including offices and shops

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on commercial properties
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical faults and issues
- Ensuring all work is completed to high standards and in line with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
- Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Relevant mechanical qualifications (such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
- Proven experience in building maintenance, ideally in commercial environments
- Full UK driving license
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
