- Assisting in preparing advertisements for vacant homes, coordinating with external agencies, and arranging viewings and sign-ups efficiently.
- Regularly update our IT systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create and end tenancies on our housing system, ensuring timely updates.
- Enter relevant information into database.
- Produce high-quality documents.
- Previous administrative experience within housing or lettings is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
