Portfolio Administration Assistant

Near Girton, Cambridge

Onsite - Full-time - Permanent

£23,000 - £26,000

Cooper Lomaz are currently working with a growing organisation based near Girton in Cambridgeshire who are seeking administrative support to the onsite team on day-to-day activities such as admin specific support, corporate actions, cash flows, client reporting, portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, model changes, and internal repotting.

You will develop a strong relationship internally, providing ad hoc support when needed across the team and learn / gain knowledge with my client's specialist area of expertise.

Candidates will be confident in supporting administrational duties and numerical sound and able to work with excel and able to pick up bespoke internal systems swiftly.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong academic backgrounds are preferred
  • 1+ year related experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Desire for continuous learning
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential traits, as are versatility and creative problem solving
