Reed Business Support in Cambridge are seeking a dedicated Programme Coordinator to support a well-respected charity with the upcoming release of the Code Editor for Education. This temporary role is ideal for someone with experience in the education sector and data processing, particularly with a strong understanding of GDPR. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and verifying school and teacher registrations, maintaining internal systems and ensuring adherence to our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Review and manage school and teacher registrations through to verification or rejection.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal registration tracking systems and documents.
  • Communicate effectively with applicants using pre-formatted email templates.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed of registration progress.
  • Adhere to existing processes and SLAs and escalate any issues promptly.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Some experience in the education sector is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role involving data processing and GDPR compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Friendly and organised, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is desirable.
