The team is a mix of IT and Operations Specialists, who are responsible for maintaining all software systems, processes and tools that are used across all departments, including for both office-based and site-based staff, and providing training to staff.

Responsibilities will include:

Above all, we are looking for somebody who is a "shaper" - a natural leader, who is passionate about driving a team forward, setting goals, and ensuring that those goals are achieved through their leadership, energy, and determination!

Requirements:

  • Significant experience leading high-performing teams
  • Prior experience supporting different technologies or software
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
  • Strong project management skills with a desire to take ownership
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Benefits:

  • Salary open to discussion based on experience
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off + opportunity to purchase more
  • Life assurance
  • Health-related benefits
  • Cycle2Work scheme
  • And much more!
