Assistant Site Manager

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Assistant Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term residential contract where you will be required to oversee facade aspects and potentially internal works in later phases of works.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Assistant Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Facade Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries 

• Ammending and working to RAMS 

• Quality Assurance.

• Assisting in managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Assisting with providing progress reports

• Assisting with facade installation.

• Assisting with managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Assistant Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Experienced in high volume residential developments.

• Experienced within facades, i.e. brickwork, cladding, curtain walling.

• 3+ years management experience
