We are a growing family run company supplying specialist services to the clean water industry. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and driven Site Supervisor. As the Site Supervisor/Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, supervising a small team of workers to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and within a prompt manner.

Duties will include but in no means be limited to
- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the client, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and report on status updates.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control.
- Provide guidance and support to the construction team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing and supervising a team.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Desired:
- SSSTS/SMSTS Qualification.
