Exciting Opportunity: Site Manager for Large-Scale Residential Scheme

Fairmead is on the lookout for a skilled Internals Site Manager to oversee a major housing development on the outskirts of Cambridge. This is your chance to work with a highly respected contractor on their flagship, 150-unit residential build. They are known for delivering cutting-edge, sustainable houses and apartments.

Role:

  • The Site Manager will take charge of all internal construction phases, from MEP and drylining to carpentry, tiling, flooring, and final touches.
  • Lead the project through every stage, from initial installation to final handover.
  • Ensure exceptional quality through thorough inspections and QA processes.
  • Manage on-site logistics, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain a pristine work environment.
