With it being a start up, you can expect to be involved in many aspects and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire Production operations function for the UK function and their US subsidiary. This includes manufacturing, quality control, supply chain management, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), and deliveries. The role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and ensuring operational excellence to support the company's goals.

You will have responsibility for:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee and manage the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Manage the supply chain to optimize logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Handle RMAs to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What can you expect in return?

  • Salary of £50,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays with a loyalty scheme increasing by 1 day per year to a maximum of 5 additional days
