The successful candidate willl work very closely with the Managing Director, who is looking to leand and grow their career in other areas in the organisation our client specialising in training for large organisations in various industries.

The role will be Operations Lead but this team is looking to increase to eventually Operations Management.

The role

  • Monthly reporting to the Managing Director on operational achievements.
  • Nurture of existing patterns and increaseturnover form those partners.
  • Deliver the completed operational CRM module.
  • Offer solutions to challenges that arrive with the capacity to make the role their own.
  • Improve the process and drive continuous improvement within the the operation function.
