The Quality Supervisor helps ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance within food manufacturing operations. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, overseeing quality assurance processes, and leading a team of QAs to meet regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily quality activities on the production floor, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Support the Quality Manager in attain all technical and quality targets
  • Implement and monitor HACCP, GMPs, and other food safety programs to ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Ensure the proper calibration, maintenance, and verification of equipment
  • Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality-related issues promptly
  • Ensure all quality and food safety documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and external audit requirements
  • Participate in and support third-party, customer, and internal audit
  • Implement KPIs

Requirements:

  • 5 years in quality assurance in food manufacturing
  • HACCP experience required
  • Confident in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent knowledge of food standards, GMP and regulations
