With a project range of 0.5 million to 15million this client successfully operates throughout the UK on a range of projects across the commercial, education, industrial, leisure, health & social housing sector.

This opportunity for a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager is to further strengthen the team and undertake projects in the South Essex region. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a family business that prioritises their employees. You will be a number one on site and should have recent experience of leading projects in similar sectors of a similar value.

The desirable candidate will be;

  • Well-presented and distinguishable team leader, who demonstrates the ability to act as our key customer interface.
  • Highly self-motivated individual who can drive the project in order to complete within time and to programme.
  • Ability to assist a Contracts Manager and manage junior managers.
  • Good team management and leadership skills.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day running and organisation of the site.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems as they present themselves on site.
  • Maintain ordered and accurate information and records on the project.
  • Ability to travel within our operating area and lodge away when required.
